The Under the Silver Tree Book Club meets monthly on a Wednesday evening.

Pile Of Books

Les Wicks has completed judging the Silver Tree Poetry Competition.

He has chosen the poems he thinks are most effective from the whole competition and from the local entrants.

The winners and highly commended poets in both sections were announced on 14th April at the Broken Hill  Art Exchange,

Les read the poems he has chosen and told us why he chose them. View them here

Under the Silver Tree Cooperative Bookshop is always looking for volunteers to help out in the bookshop. Drop-in or call and talk to us about how to become a volunteer.
